By accessing or using Klipto (operated by Sabai Wave LLC), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Klipto is an AI-powered content pipeline tool for faceless YouTube creators. Given a topic and channel configuration, Klipto automates research, script writing, voice narration, and YouTube publishing. Klipto does not guarantee specific views, reach, or monetization outcomes.
You must create an account to use Klipto. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration and keep your account information up to date.
Klipto offers a free tier (2 pipeline runs), a Creator plan ($49/month), and a Studio plan ($99/month). Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice to registered users.
You may use Klipto only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for all content generated through your account and for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and platform policies, including YouTube's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
You may not use the service to generate misleading, harmful, infringing, or spam content. You may not attempt to circumvent quota limits, reverse-engineer the service, or resell access to Klipto without written permission.
When you connect a YouTube channel, you authorize Klipto to upload videos and set metadata on your behalf using YouTube's API. You remain solely responsible for the content published to your channel and its compliance with YouTube's policies. Klipto is not responsible for videos removed, channels suspended, or monetization affected by YouTube policy enforcement.
You may revoke Klipto's access to your YouTube channel at any time by disconnecting it from your Klipto account settings or via your Google account permissions.
Scripts, voice narrations, and other content generated by Klipto pipelines are licensed to you for use on your YouTube channel. You retain ownership of your channel configurations and any original creative direction you provide. The Klipto platform, software, and branding are owned by Sabai Wave LLC and protected by intellectual property laws.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sabai Wave LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, channel demonetization, or third-party API downtime. In no event shall Sabai Wave LLC's total liability to you exceed the amount you paid for the service in the three months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms or engage in activity harmful to other users or the service. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease and your data may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
